Story Stars

3BCW have been using our creative minds to write fantastic children’s picture books. We have learnt how to develop our sentences by using descriptive adjectives to describe things like emotions and feelings, settings and characters.

 

We are very good at setting the scene during the orientation. It is important to remember to set the scene and introduce the characters.

The part we love most is developing the problem that entices readers to keep reading on. Every story needs to build to a climax as this ensures readers are keep entertained.

The resolution finishes off the story. This is where you need to write about how the problem will be solved. It is important to make sure this is detailed so that the reader will feel a sense of satisfaction from reading your story.

It is important for children to reading for at least 20 minutes each day. In 3BCW we love to read picture books. Here are some of our favourite authors:
